The first rule of public speaking is "know your audience"...and we always do just that! We always take into account the overall composition of the crowd--your friends and loved ones--or colleagues, etc....when choosing our style of delivery and the language we will use when addressing your guests.
Yes, we can "hype" on the mic...if and when appropriate (usually earlier in the day for children, teen, and young adult events), but we usually prefer to start the day out a little more softly, for most formal events, and then gradually ramp things up as deemed appropriate...once your party kicks into higher gear. As professional M.C.'s, it is our job to have control over our inflections, pace, volume, and our overall delivery style...to promote the exact vibe that you wish to have at your event.
Our DJ's/MC's also dress sharply and appropriately for each and every event...in the manner we discuss and agree on, well in advance...to fit the formality level and mood of your celebration.
From formal blacktie affairs (or even ultra-formal white-tie ones), to semi-formal events, to casual backyard barbecue celebrations...we always want to properly represent ourselves, and our company, when we are interacting with you and your guests.
